NOTICE: Due to extremely long delivery times by USPS, please send your mail early. We have had multiple occurrences of mail arriving at our office weeks after flight day despite being mailed well in advance.
Each veteran receives a packet of “Mail” on Honor Flight. Mail consists of letters, cards, drawings, even gifts.
Relatives, friends, and community members are encouraged to send mail prior to each flight. The deadline for the next flight can be found on our event calendar. Please do not send any food items, the aircraft (with mail onboard) sits all day in the sun in DC….things melt.
