Each flight poses a logistical challenge for supplies. Specific donations are welcome to help us cover supplies needed for each flight.
Guidelines for Supply Donations
- Each supply must be donated in a specific minimum amount, donations of supplies less than the required will be donated to external organizations
- Each item in a specific donation must be identical, or reasonably identical, to each other to provide a uniform experience to our Veterans and Guardians
- Minimum quantity for a Veteran only item is 100
- Minimum quantity for a Veteran and Guardian item is 180
- All items donated must be new and in original packaging
- All supply donations must be coordinated with Honor Flight staff. Simply email us at contact@veteranshonorflight.org to initiate a donation
